Dance at the Athletics Track
Metamorphosis Dance Classes is based at Tooting Athletics Track, every Thursday (excl some holidays) 5:15-6:15pm. The classes are suitable for all ages (min 10yrs). We currently teach a Street/Commercial/Hip-Hop style and are soon to branch out with Breaking and Contemporary. The classes are open to all abilities, beginners should feel very welcome. They are pay as you go sessions. We offer a challenging full body conditioning warm up followed by a fun routine. If you’re looking to get more from the classes, we also have performance opportunities and competitions to look forward to!
